Company Background
NDIBS was founded in in Sydney NSW Australia, in 1998 by Ian Childs in response to the needs of his customers. His background in executive positions with many of Australia’s leading Property Asset Management Organisations provided him with the ability to see solutions from the building owners perspective. His career often involved providing service solutions to occupants and his great enjoyment in resolving these usually resulted in the best value for both building owner and occupier.
